Sita Beach Resort - Koh Lipe

Great beach access and comfy room, but restaurant service was very slow.

Location short walk to the beach and all the tourist sites, all bars and the restaurant and entrance...

The location is prime, right on the best bit of beach for snorkeling. Plus, the proximity to Walking Street means you can hit the hotspots without being in the middle of the chaos.

The upkeep leaves something to be desired. The pool is not well-maintained, with murky water and low pressure in the showers, which forced some to resort to using the outdoor bathtub instead. Mosquitoes swarm outside the room, and the facilities, in general, feel tired and could use a serious refresh, especially considering the price point.

We liked that the rooms were big, and that it had a balcony. We also though it was good location. And we liked that it had laundryservice with good prices. And plus for free pick up from the ferry and a quiet swimmingpool.

The room was not so clean and it was garbage in the garden. Cracks in the doors so every mosquito were welcome. We thought it could have had more comfortable furnitures at the balcony. The restaurant was to expensive. And we had to pay 3 % extra charge for paying the room with creditcard.

The location is serene yet close to the main street, with two lovely pools and excellent beach access. The staff was kind.

there is nothing good considering the prices except kind local staffs.

First, when i used the room, I noticed that something wrong with water faucet and something black solid come out. I asked to fix this but this has never fixed till check out. So I never used neither for drinking nor brushing my teeth. Second, A lot of mosquitoes. It is not preventable from them because of outside bath. However, thats too many. Third, bathtub door nob was broken. No provision of amenities everyday. I wanted to use cotton buds everyday after swimming. Even with some good staffs, this never worth for me.

There is nothing I would change about Sita, the staff were all amazing!

Consider using the beach access path to reach Walking Street instead of a taxi. It's faster and saves money.

Great sea-view from the room. Comfortable & Quiet ambience. One of the best resort in Koh Lipe.

Only the slight drawback is the restaurant food serving time.. Have to wait for 45min for delivering of food order!

The really good staff, especially Jenny, was so great. The massage center on the beach was a wonderful bonus.

Our room was beautifully decorated, as we stayed here as part of our honeymoon. The location at the end of Pattaya beach is more secluded than other resorts on this beach.

The hotel charges a 3% credit card fee — very bad form. There is no mention of this on Booked.net, surely this is against regulations!
